Don't shop swap

3rd October 2017 | Gareth

Thought Foundation invite you to our clothes swap party as part of our aim to protect the environment. What better way to breathe new life into your wardrobe than an environmentally friendly way?

Saturday 7th Oct 2017 7.00-9.30pm

Tickets £3.50 Available from Thought Foundation or online here
Refreshments and wholesome home made food served from our 'Brain Food' kitchen will be on sale during the event.

How 'Don’t Shop... Swap' works*

For every garment or item you donate, you will receive a token, which entitles the bearer to exchange for another garment or item. Any remaining garments/items will be donated to a charity shop the following day. As the old saying goes...'One persons trash is another persons treasure!'

*Only garments in good condition (washed and ironed) are welcome. Please check your pockets before swapping. Shoes, jewellery and bags are also welcome.

Contact Leanne@thoughtfoundation.co.uk for more information

Team thought foundation - Gareth

14th July 2017 | Gareth

We are humans behind Thought Foundation, not a generic organisation, we are a passionate social enterprise.

Meet Gareth one of our co founders and creative directors ...

With an unshakeable 'can do' attitude to life, Gareth is here to help mould the thoughts and amibitions of Thought Foundation. His background is in running an environmental organisation and he is passionate about recycling, upcycling, repurposing from the build through to the events and exhibitions. Artists fascinate him - their passion, energy, skills, creativity, their take on the world. He is hoping that our gallery will boost creativity in our region. Quality art is for all to enjoy.
