A Yoga Flow style class is a flowing dynamic practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with the breath. Most classes will feature Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, Forward Folds, Back Bends, Abdominal/Spinal Twists, Inversions and preparations for Arm Balances. This class will build strength, aid strength while reducing stress and increasing vitality. You will be guided through a 45 minute yoga session in our calm gallery setting at Thought Foundation.
