I am Mommashali, I am a mother of two toddlers and after many years of experimenting in various workouts I finally have found the best way to blast fat and feel my best, So I thought that I'm going to teach you some of the exercises that have helped to sculpt my body.
This class includes a variety of fat burning exercises such as HIIT, PLYO, STRENGTH-TRAINING, PILATES, AB- WORK AND YOGA.

A lovely gathering of breastfeeding mums to support on another, with support from Amanda Dunbar, Lactation Consultant.
Thought Foundation is a breastfeeding friendly place. One of our founding directors, Leanne, has experience of feeding both her girls and has completed a peer support programme to help other breastfeeding mothers. We thought it would be lovely to have a group where mums can come together whilst feeding their tiny humans, in order to feel comfortable in their surroundings and meet like minded people going through a similar time in their life.
Amanda Dunbar, Lactation Consultant from Milk & Mums will be joining us for a free drop in breastfeeding support session (please note she cannot assess tongue ties here). She will be on hand to answer all your breastfeeding questions and support you through any difficulties you are having.
There is a imaginative play space for the little ones and lots of delicious homemade food, including diary free and gluten free. Our space is always warm and welcoming, we hope you feel that you can come on your own or with friends. The session is free and drop-in.
