A Yoga Flow style class is a flowing dynamic practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with the breath. Most classes will feature Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, Forward Folds, Back Bends, Abdominal/Spinal Twists, Inversions and preparations for Arm Balances. This class will build strength, aid strength while reducing stress and increasing vitality. You will be guided through a 45 minute yoga session in our calm gallery setting at Thought Foundation.

Join us every Friday morning for a facilitated nurturing and creative baby class, where will explore books, sensory play equipment and have social time with other babies. There is no need to book, please pay on the day. £3 per baby and grown up.
